I uploaded Yith Live Chat v1.1.5 to my plugin folder but the plugin name is not showing up on the list of plugins. I checked “inactive plugins” and it’s not there either.

I renamed the init.php file to yith-live-chat.php and it worked. I was able to activate it.

Hi,
This is very strange. You have tried to delete the plugin and install it again?

Yes. The problem didn’t persist after I installed the premium version of this plugin.
