Plugin not visible in Admin

Hi,

when using plugin organizer which we absolutely love we’ve seen an inexplicable behavior: When Organizer is switched on, our plugin Affiliate WP disappears from being visible on the admin part.

There was no filter what’s-o-ever on the Affiliate wp plugin, it also was not in a group.

What might the cause be and – more importantly: How can we mend this?
