Hi @lwwork,
Thank you for reaching out.
We have tested the subtitle functionality on a fresh WordPress install, and it is working correctly on the Cart and Checkout pages when using the Classic templates.
The issue you’re facing is because your site is using the new Cart and Checkout blocks, which are part of the block-based editor (introduced in themes like Twenty Twenty-Five). These blocks are locked and cannot be edited directly to support additional customizations like the subtitle.
To fix this:
- Please replace the Cart and Checkout blocks with the Classic shortcodes:
[woocommerce_cart] for the Cart page
[woocommerce_checkout] for the Checkout page
This will allow the subtitle to work properly.
You can see the block lock example here: https://i.imgur.com/X4lxniY.png
Let us know if you need help switching to the Classic editor or if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
