    Hello there,

    I’m always getting this error:

    Something went wrong

I enabled the admin notification but I have WP SMTP Pro in my wordpress and the smtp configurations is working 100%.

    How to fix this problem?

    Thanks

  • Hello @rodrigomc2000 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I understood the issue you are having and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had. The “Something Went Wrong” issue is most of the time caused due to not configuring some important configuration of the form and server correctly. Since you’re claiming that the SMTP is configured properly and the Something Went Wrong error is still appearing, then kindly make sure that the Email From field of the Notification is blank. Keeping that field Blank can solve the issue also since you can only insert a Mail that is configured for SMTP.

If the issue persists even after that, then kindly share a screenshot of the configuration made on the backend. I will check and let you know an update as soon as possible.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
