I had the page set as private, but it is public now, so you should be able to see it.

I’m still getting page not found for that link.
Can you show me a screenshot of the settings for the box, specifically the rules where to load the box? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or such and share the link here.

Can you change the condition to “URL contains experiments” and see if that works ?
Does the box have some content? Boxes with nothing in it will be ignored.
I updated the settings and it did not work. We have other pop-ups that suddenly stopped working after having been working fine for a while.

Hi Anna,
The issue must be related to Autoptimize, because if I load the page without Autoptimize it works:

You may need to exclude Boxzilla from the combined JS.
