Plugin not Working

    Hi,

    I can’t get the plugin to work with my theme (cyberchimps responsivepro). I’m trying to use the shortcode within a single page.

    I’ve read similar posts and have checked that:

    1) Header has wp_head();
    2) Footer has wp_footer();
    3) Header.php has <?php wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery’); ?> before wp_head()

    I am using a custom page template but have tried using the shortcode within the default template but only get a blank background.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I found that you must always have values set for ‘Fade’ & ‘Delay’ for the plugin to work.

    I may have missed this but perhaps this should be emphasised in the setup instructions / settings panels?

    I know I’ve said this before in a couple other posts but I really am working on the documentation. I’m just waiting for a few things to fall into place before I make those changes live.

    Anyways, glad to hear that you got it working!
