Hi @adrianachiabrera
Could you please check if your laptop has the same timezone with your WordPress?
Thanks,
Hello Riza, thank you so much. Yes I confirm that laptop and WP have the same time.
Do you have any staging site? If yes, could you please experimenting by deactivating all plugins except PublishPress Future, and try it again. Does the issue persists?
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.
Thanks,
Hello Riza, unfortunately I dont have a staging site to verify, BUT today the some issue is on a development new website, so I could deactivate each plugin, but nothing changed.
I have the right event (22 Dec 2022 11:26:00 +0100 publishpressfuture_expire) but at 11:26 nothing happens and the post (now I’m working on simple posts, not custom ones) is still there. Active, not in Draft status as set at the event.
What I am doing wrong ??
I am using as theme Blocksy Child , with Elementor page builder.
Thank you so much
Could you confirm if you are using the latest version 2.8.2?
Yes, PubliPress 2.8.2
WordPress 6.1.1
Elementor 3.9.2 and Elementor Pro 3.9.2
Maybe I’m missing something in the plugin settings ?
You should not. The plugin after installed is ready to use.
Can you share the debug log with us?
Hello Riza, do you have any idea?
Hi @adrianachiabrera
It might be worth talking with your hosting company to see why the cron isn’t firing on your site. From these reports, the cron jobs appear to be set up correctly.
If this is a low-traffic site, WP Cron may also not be firing because there aren’t visitors to the site. The WordPress cron relies on traffic/visitors on the website to keep track of time and execute scheduled tasks.
