Plugin Not working

I have everything set as indicated and pages that should be blocked are still visible. I set up an access-level with Member-only pages set with “Forum” listed. Under the members tab, I have automation set up “include user for as long as they are logged-in” And in Options, I have non-member activity set to Redirect to the Register page.
