Plugin Not Working

    My website is hosted by Elementor. I installed the plugin to create a staging site, and then went through the steps to create the site. Once I did I tried logging into it and it would not accept my username and password, the page would reset and nothing would happen, it would still show the login screen. I went into the settings and disabled the login requirement, but it still sent me to the username and password page and would not login. I tried clicking the direct link, but it comes up as being blocked by Elementor’s firewall. Please help.

    Hi @london0001
    Having multiple WordPress sites on the same subscription is not supported by Elementor Cloud, so you won’t be able to create a staging site from a website hosted there at this moment.

    Well……shoot. I know they offer it with a higher subscription plan, but I am currently on a legacy plan and upgrading not only will be a lot more costly, it will be a one-way trip since I cannot downgrade back to a plan that they no longer offer. Any recommendations on how to proceed with this? I have a compatibility issue I’m trying to get fixed, but really don’t want to debug on my live website. Thank you.

    @london0001 We are working on making WP staging work with the WordPress playground and are in the final testing phase.

    Please feel free to send us an email (you find the contact form on our website) and if it’s ready we can send you a beta version for a test.
