Plugin not working

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Update the plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t already.
2. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
3. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
4. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.

It sounds like the issue might be that the shortcode is not being executed, and instead, it’s just displayed as plain text in the widget. This can happen if the widget area or block you’re using does not support shortcode execution by default.

Please make sure you are adding the shortcode inside a Shortcode block (not a Paragraph block) if you’re using the block editor. This ensures that WordPress processes and displays the content properly.
