Hello – I’ve never made a pro version of the plugin, only the free version. Perhaps someone made a fork that they’re selling as a pro version? Or there’s another similarly-named plugin that you’re using? Could you share a link to where you downloaded the plugin you’re using from? Thanks!

Marking this resolved since I don’t have a pro version of this (or any) plugin, but please do let me know which plugin you’re using if you have a link to it. If the plugin erroneously links back to this forum, I’ll ask the developer to change it. If it’s just a case where the name is similar enough to be confusing and you ended up here by mistake in search, perhaps I’ll update the plugin page to make sure the distinction is clear. Thanks!

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. My apologies if this is not your plugin. What i see in my plugin overview is the name: WooCommerce Custom Related Products Pro
It mentions WPCodelibrary as the plugin creator. (link to developer site: https://wpcodelibrary.com/) If this is not you, I’ll have to figure out who owns it. Would you have any idea?

I think you are out of luck, and this topic just is not the place to ask. That other developer had plugins on this site but (me looking at the backend) they made the decision to close all of their plugins here.
Their site has no contact information. Rather than continuing here, again this is the wrong place, I suggest you look for a replacement of that plugin that is supported.
You can ask for that recommendation in the Woocommerce forum instead.

Thanks for following up, @szch! I wish you luck getting in touch with the folks at WP Code Library, and if they’ve stopped supporting their pro plugin, I think the moderator’s suggestion to seek alternatives from the WooCommerce community is a good one.
