Plugin not working (2 different servers)

    I just installed this plugin on 2 different fresh WP installs on 2 different live websites on 2 different hosted servers. I keep getting this error:

    “It’s required to use latest version of PHP to use WooCommerce Variation Swatches. Please check PHP version requirement.”

    I contacted both my hosting companies and my servers meet the recommendations listed here:

    Has anyone else had this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?
