Hi,
The main cause of this behaviour is low WP Memory. Increasing it usually fixes the problem.
If that doesn’t work you can change WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file and try view the PDF again. Errors will be displays which will help in the debugging.
I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘mPDF’ not found in /…/lugins/gravity-forms-pdf-extended/helper/pdf-render.php on line 193
Thanks. This means Gravity PDF hasn’t been installed correctly and is missing the mPDF class. Try uninstall and reinstall the software. If the problem persists you can also try manually upload the files via FTP.
I tried to re install is and the same error occured. I followed the steps by manually transferring the file via FTP and that failed to fix the issue as well.
If you navigate to the /gravity-forms-pdf-extended/mPDF/ directory do you see a mPDF.php file (file size 1285KB)?
I still dont see it. I tried just import just that file and it deletes after a PUT.
It sounds like your web hosting provider is auto removing the file for some reasons. I recommend getting in touch with them to assist you in discovering why this is happening.
Thank you for the input. The problem indeed was the server. I was able to get all up and running.
Great. I hope Gravity PDF fulfils your requirements.
