are you using some plugin cache? If yes, have you tried to clear cache or disable it? Have you tried the plugin with a standard wordpress theme like twenty? maybe it could be an incompatibility with your theme.

I just checked with another theme and the plugin worked? Do you know what it is in my theme that could be causing the issue? I am using the Woocommerce Storefront theme so it should be compatible no?

I’ve checked the plugin with the Woocommerce Storefront theme and it’s 100% compatible. So i think that the problem is related with something else, maybe a conflict with another plugin or a theme customization.
have you js errors after click the quick view button? you can see this on browser console ( f12 to open in chrome ).
