Activate standard theme, e.g. 2016 and check

The plugin is working when I used the standard theme. But it is not working for the webpages I’m using now. Avada.

In Avada, you have two ways of editing pages: standard and with their Builder.
Please check these steps:
– Does WPGlobus work when you make a page and simply write it with no Builder?
– If yes then make another page, with Builder – in one language only. Then switch to default editor (you will see an ugly-looking text with tons of Avada’s shortcodes). The second language tab in WPGlobus should be blank. Try copying text from tab to tab and then translate a portion of it in the second tab. Save and check if you can see all OK at the front.

P.P.S. You mentioned WordPress version: 4.0.1 when you created this support thread. If that’s true, you should upgrade to all latest versions of WP, theme and plugins before trying anything else.
