Plugin not working

    Hello,

    I just installed the plugin and it doesn’t seem to be working. I am able to select the specific products I want to show as related, but they are not appearing on the front-end. I noticed some other users saying the same on the support forum.

    Do you have any suggestions or fixes?

    Hi Ted,
    Can you let share the name of the theme you’re using with the plugin? It should work with most themes, but those which implement their own product templates may not be compatible with the standard way that WooCommerce (and this plugin) selects and displays related products.
