Plugin not working

    Hi, I really like your plugin. I’m using it on anther site and it’s working great. However I’m trying to put it on my ecommerce site and it’s not working at all. Both sites are running the same theme, the only real difference is the woo commerce plugin. I’m not a developer, just trying to make sure I’m in compliance with the GDPR. I figured since it worked fine on the other site, it would be easy to install here, but that’s not happening. I will go pro with it on this site, but I can’t until I know that it’s going to work as it does on my other site. I appreciate any help you can give me.

    Hi Theresa,

    thank you for using my plugin! What do you mean by “not working at all”? I see the popup on your linked website.

    Just clear your cookies for this website, clear cache and than try again!

    I’m sorry. I’ve been having a problem with this issue all day. I’ve cleared my browser cookies and cache and apparently I’m doing something wrong because I’m still not seeing it. I’ll figure it out somehow. Thank you for your quick response.

    Open an incognito window and check your website from there! As I see, everything is working fine. 🙂
