Plugin not working

Hi,
When I enter http://woodpeckerscoffee.com or http://www.woodpeckerscoffee.com, it is not redirecting to the Https site. Instead, I get an error “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”
This is what Debug shows:
