Sorry for the late reply, but life has been busy. I have just updated the plugins after having confirmed the headers are still added correctly with WordPress 5.0.3 and WooCommerce 3.5.4

Hi @asif-sk,
The plugin relies on the filter: woocommerce_email_headers – if your theme is overwriting email templates this filter might be missing.
Are you able to check for woocommerce_email_headers?
