Hope you are doing well , I looked into screen shot and seems like there is some connection error in your zapier account.
Make sure your zapier account is enable and working . Also please follow the instructions properly in video.
If you still get the issue , please send me your wp-admin and FTP details to [email protected]
and I will try to fix this issue.
