Plugin Not Working

Hi, we’ve installed your plugin on many installs and never had an issue but we just installed it on a new site and the options on the classic editor aren’t changing. We installed it on Friday and today I cleared the server object cache, the site cache, and the browser cache (as well as trying other browsers) and I can’t figure out why it’s not loading your plugin options on the post. We checked other sites that we have your plugin on and they’re fine. I also tried only having your plugin and the classic editor installed and still wouldn’t load.
