Only preview is working and date is showing some S with it
I have removed S from the date and it’s still not working.
1 try 12/19/2019 and 12/31/2019
2 does the site have caching plugins?

Can you provide some code to make it work always and bypass the scheduler?
Date thing is really messed up, upon several retries and different date formats, it works. But when I update any of the settings, it’s back to square 1.
Can you please try to change your site wide date format from Settings -> general ?

I assume your site language is English and It should work when you select date format mentioned in the screen shot.
