Plugin not working

    I have similar issues reported on this forum. I want to proactively help you troubleshoot.

    I initially had an issue “Not tags Available”, then with the last update, the screen is white. I can not do anything. I have never had this plugin working.

    I have the twenty-twenty theme installed.
    I have Akismet and Jetpack only for plugins.
    I have the most basic install and been using WP over 15 years. I know what I am doing.

    Yet the plugin does not work. Let me help you solve this.
