Plugin not working

Hi,

I have applied a bulk discount on selected products. But the plugin has stopped working. When someone purchases more than 10 products 10% discount must be applied at checkout but nothing is happening. Please resolve this issue.

Hi, I responded to this via my email but have not received any reply. It has been more than 2 weeks. I do not have any other discount plugin but I have also applied a 10% discount on certain products through WooCommerce.

It seems you have replied to this thread via email. Unfortunately, in this “wordpress forum” (i mean this thread), email replies would not get added automatically. You got to manually visit this thread and add the reply.

Now to the issue at hand:

The screenshots look ok.
Are those products have variants?
If they do, can you please go to WooCommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings -> Price Rules –>Rule Setup tab.
Set the “Include variants when parent product is chosen to Yes
Save.

If this does not help, please send us the System report for further troubleshooting via our support form
You can get the System report by going to WordPress Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status page.

Click the “Get System Report”

Hi,

Thank you for the detailed instructions. Yes, two products have variants. I did the above-mentioned steps and in addition to that, I have also selected ‘apply the discount on sale price option’ since I wanted further discount on sale price in case of a bulk order.

Now the plugin is working fine but the problem is there is a discount calculation error by the plugin.

The coupen rules are as follows-
10 sets – 10% discount
11 to 30 sets – 15% discount
31 to 100 sets – 20% discount

Now when 10 sets are selected the plugin shows 15% discounted price on the product page but shows the correct i.e 10% discounted price in the cart.

I don’t know why this is happening.

Hi

Since you already have 10 items in the cart, the product page shows the next available discount which is 15%. (Because 10 in the cart + you have selected 10 quantities in the quantity box = total 20). For 20 quantities, the discount set is 15%.

Also ensure the following:
Please go to your WordPress dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings -> Price Rules -> Display
Set “show price discount on product pages” to: Show on quantity update
Save.
