Plugin not working?

    Hi! I have installed the free plugin last year, but so far I have received no emails and in the logs I only see 1 bot send into the hole. I think the plugin might not be working on my site? I have onceuponajrny.com, onceuponajrny.com/nl and shop.onceuponajrny.com. I’d love to hear if you can check if the plugin works properly.

    There are several possible reasons for the plugin not catching any bots:

    • There is a conflict with some other plugin (or theme)
    • The site does not get much traffic (e.g., it is new)
    • No bots have followed the blackhole trigger link

    If the issue is with some conflict with another plugin, you can determine which one by doing some basic troubleshooting. As explained in the plugin documentation, Blackhole is not compatible with “page cache” type plugins, so maybe want to check that first.

    Also you can test/check if the plugin is working as explained in the docs under the “Testing” section.
