plugin not working

    Hi,

    The plugin is installed and set up correctly, but the email is getting sent without the added message.

    What type of product are you having issues with?

    Can you share how you have the product setup?

    I tried both a regular product and a virtual and both didn’t work.

    @moishyv – sorry to hear you’re having problems.

    The plugin works absolutely fine for me, on a default WordPress installation, so I am unable to determine why it would not work for you.

    Have you tried testing on a “STAGING” site or local dev environment?

    @moishyv when I look at the screenshot you shared, I see TAB “Custom Emails”. Isn’t that the configuration you are looking for?
