I proceeded by elimination, and I identified YotuWP and YotuWP – YouTube Gallery as the source of my problems.

Disabling these plugins allows the normal loading of the WPBakery Page Builder editor.

Tried Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and I can now see the content again but the WP Bakery Page Builder buttons are gone.
