Plugin not working correctly

    Hi, i purchased the premium version of this plugin and set it up correctly. But the following doesnt work;
    1. Cant add Custom fields. When i try adding from the admin area, it doesnt show up in the table.
    2. I don’t see placed orders on the order table. Meaning no tracking of any placed order is possible because it doesn’t show up in the table.
    3. It also doesnt load orders from woocommerce for tracking even though i have put on the woocommerce integration.
    I need this to be sorted asap.

    Hi heartpraise,

    Do you get an error message for any of these issues? Perhaps, you can try to uninstall/delete the plugin and re-install the latest version. During your last install, files may not have downloaded properly resulting into a broken install of the plugin.

    You can try re-installing the plugin from WordPress dashboard or can download from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/order-tracking/
