Also I just cloned the site and moved server but since the move the plugin not working at all

A solution that will fix this without loss of any data would be appreciated

    Thanks

Can you provide some more details. When you say “not working at all” do you mean hits aren’t being recorded, the admin interface doesn’t show up or something else?

Are you seeing any errors in your logs on on the source code of the page?

    Thread Starter droid

    (@android1pro)

Yes,I mean hits are not being recorded.

All admin interface are in place there is no problem.

I even uninstall and re install after manually uploading but still same problem.

Here is copy of server error showing:

[Mon Apr 11 07:05:02 2016] [error] [client 162.144.197.29] client denied by server configuration: /home/phoneone/public_html/android1pro/whm-server-status

Have you checked your settings and resaved them? Make sure Visits and Visitors tracking is enabled. Also check your Exclusion settings, you may want to enable “record exclusions” temporarily to see if the hits are being caught by one of the rules.

The above error isn’t a PHP/WP Statistics error.

All of your suggestions has been implemented.

Despite the existence of many hits today (as indicated by Google analytic),
still no hits being recorder whatsoever from the plugin.

    (@gregross)

If you look at the exclusions page are there any listed there?

    Which exclusion is being hit?

    Thread Starter droid

    (@android1pro)

Not exactly sure what you mean by that but here the only exclusion ticked on exclusion tab

Go to Statistics->Exclusions, there’s a chart that tells you why hits have been excluded.

    Thread Starter droid

    (@android1pro)

Here is screenshot of exclusion chart which already given to you 16 hours ago,

    http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/902/2734248875.png

I went again now and it is the same exact chart but there is no where explanation to explain why hits has been excluded as you can clearly see.

    Plugin Contributor Greg Ross

    (@gregross)

The colour of the line will match the kind of exclusion that was hit, reference the legend at the bottom of the chart (just below where you cut the screenshot off).

    Thread Starter droid

    (@android1pro)

User Role is the reason for exclusion
    Here is the complete screenshot

So, what now exactly is needed in order to restore hits recordig ??

    Plugin Contributor Greg Ross

    (@gregross)

Check your Statistics->Settings->Exclusions->Exclude User Roles settings.

I also see you have Wordfence install, if it is blocking the hits before they get to us we won’t record them as well.
