Hi,
Thanks for trying the plugin. Could you post a link to your site/page with the problem?
Someone else has reported the same problem, I don’t know if they are using a Windows server though.
Is the version of PHP different as well?
Could you post a summary of your plugin settings?
Thanks
Paul
Thanks Paul,
http://www.competitiveedgeproducts.com/sporting-fitness-exercise-equipment-blog/index.php/product-reviews/11/29/2013-review-of-super-chexx-ice-hockey-arcade-game-machine/
shows the 3 dashes after the first paragraph.
Php Version 5.2.6
Not sure how you post a summary of settings:
Localisation Options
Default Country: United States
Default Search String: %ARTIST% | %TITLE%
All the rest are unchecked:
Amazon Associate Information
Aws keys validated: checked
Live Data checked
condition: use default
prefetch: unchecked
User affiliate ids: checked
Cache Data Age:48
Thank you
Thanks,
Can you tell me what shortcode and the content of the template (if not one of the defaults).
Complete shot in the dark, can you try adding the following to your WordPress wp_config.php:
ini_set('pcre.backtrack_limit', 1000000);
Thanks,
Paul
[amazon template=add to cart&asin=B00DJ4H8AY]
I tried adding the ini_set command but that didn’t seem to do anything different.
Also, when I do a search from the posts backend under “Search Amazon for Products” it never fills in any search results data, it just shows up with 10 blank rows.
Hi,
Got something for you to try, can you download the Beta version of the plugin from:
http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/amazon-link.3.1.1.zip
I don’t think your version of PHP supports named subpatterns, so I’ve updated this version not to use them.
Please let me know if it makes any difference and I’ll do some more testing and make it the official version.
Cheers,
Paul
Excellent, thanks for getting back to me I’ll get the fix into the next official release.
Cheers,
Paul
