Plugin not working, forms don’t save data, can’t disable caching

    I noticed on a client site that the cache wasn’t being cleared as it should. Went to make changes to the settings and the forms don’t save the data. There aren’t any errors being added to the error log when trying to do this. I’m not able to disable caching through the plugin as the instructions for uninstalling say to do.

    Any ideas on how to proceed? Can I skip step 1 under the how to uninstall and do the rest of them?
