and also media.net ads will very slow down my website please also fix this issue

I have recently been approved for media.net. I added the plugin but have been unable to connect. When I try to log into my dashboard I keep getting an error saying “oops something went wrong”. I’ve ailed support three times and the only emails I’ve received keep telling me to log into my dashboard where I keep getting the “oops” error
