You can see where I used the language translator at the top of the page. It says “Español l English”. Using this method worked great before. It just stopped working. What can I do to fix this and make the menu work again. I went back in the plugin settings and made sure I was following the instructions.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

If I block /wp-content/uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets/fl-builder-layout-bundle-497f05ccd9e76ee5c5e4b68500de6295.min.js script it works fine.

You have some code in that file which attaches onclick events on a, .fl-menu-toggle elements. The code doesn’t let the click event to reach the language switcher. You may possibly change the selector to be a:not(.single-language), .fl-menu-toggle and hopefully it should be fine.

    Thanks! 🙂

Thank you for your reply. I tried completely deactivating the SiteGound Optimizer and it did not work. If you could give me a clue where I can make the other change you suggest, I would greatly appreciate it. Your plugin always worked great in this configuration and I am trying to figure out what changed.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

Please consult plugin support related to “fl-builder-layout”.

If you cannot figure it out, consider using our paid version, which should be fine out of the box, since it uses direct links and does not depend on javascript click events.

    Thanks! 🙂
