Hi,

I am using this plugin for my client and not it stopped working and just showing this shortcode : [wp-members page=”register”]. Can you please let me know why I am getting this just shortcode?

There are many members who are registered and subscribed to the website for product access.

Kindly, let me know How can solve this issue?

Hi Alica,

Members plugin doesn’t have any [wp-members] shortcode. Are you sure this is not coming from some plugin that was deactivated on your site?

That shortcode is from the WP-Members plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-members/

(If WP-Members is being used, that shortcode is old and no longer exists in the plugin, which is why it would not be parsed. It should be replaced with [wpmem_form register])

I think that you have this shortcode somewhere on your page, widget, or template file and that’s why is being parsed on your site. Can you reach out to the WP Members plugin support here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wp-members/ so they can help you with their shortcode?
