    Hello,

The plugin stopped working since some weeks ago.

The message is “Your Google API Key is not valid for this request and permission is denied”. But all restrictions are the same than when it was working.

The only change is that we started using Cloudflare as CDN. Is it relevant?

    Thanks,

    Marc

    Hello @crammarc ,

You may need to update your IP address in the API Key Restrictions. You can add multiple IPs. The error message in the Retrieved Data will help you set these IPs (according to what is expected). The CDN itself shouldn’t affect anything unless the IPs are inconsistent or too numerous.

If there are too many IPs or you’re unsure, there are other ways to keep your API Key safe. You can remove the IP restriction and use request limits instead (see the FAQ).

Once the API Key restrictions have been updated, remember to clear the cache in the Advanced tab.

    Hello @designextreme

That works. Thanks for your help!

    Best regards
