Plugin not working – no button activity

    I have only installed this in its basic format, eg no changes to the settings, but the button does not work and what looks to be the Captcha is not rendering? Is this a theme or CSS or javascript issue perhaps?

    Site uses a slack theme and all pages are (default) built with WP bakery Page Builder – (not sure if any of this makes a difference..?)

    Of course, please put the following css in Custom CSS area of your theme:

    input#upfile_1 {
    margin-top: 0;
}

    sorry didn’t catch the question, are you asking why this problem happened? your theme imposes a top margin in input elements, which hides it in the case of the plugin.
