    Hello,

I am using the Optimizer theme to create a website for my company. I have been using Firefox to build it; however, when the website was pulled up on Internet Explorer, none of the shortcodes appeared to be working correctly.

I have been using Magee Shortcodes to produce sections, buttons, etc. The content is still there when pulled up in internet explorer (including the buttons) but none of my formatting is present. Pictures are missing, as are dividers, section backgrounds, flipboxes, button formatting, column formatting, etc.

Here is the URL for reference: http://d1f.8dd.myftpupload.com/

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Hi, IE is outdated browser, many html feature can’t work well in it, we will improve it in the later version as much as possible, but this is not a priority, because it will be die out. Suggest you and your client use more modern browser, like chrome and firefox.

My problem isn’t that I’m using an outdated browser, my problem is that potential customers could use Internet Explorer to find the site and not be able to view the content.

I tried visiting your site with IE 11, it works well. You could put a text in your site to suggest your potential customers use more modern browser or update their IE, because IE 10 and below not be supported by Microsoft now.
