Hi, this plugin works great on localhost, however when I try to use it online it doesn’t work.
When I paste the shortcode on my pages nothing happens. There are no fields on the pages. I tried different themes, reinstalled plugin so I am out of ideas.

Cold you please help me?

Please open a private ticket at http://worpress.dwbooster.com/contact-us and provide the page URL to check that problem in detail.

In most cases the problem is a conflict with a third party plugin or with the jQuery version used on the theme.
