@ravisaragadam The plugin is designed to not work on mobile since in general popups don’t look great on mobile. There is a setting on the plugin settings page that lets you choose at which breakpoint the plugin kicks in…if you put 0, it should work on mobile as well.

Thanks for your explaination, it show up in mobile model for me.
and I would like to Pop up a video, but it will take more time to load if I put the video into the page directly. Popup the video seems a good way to reduce the load time, but how can I custom the width and height for mobile model please?
