    I followed every step of your documentation.

    The only thing that could be is that my theme is not using Woocommerce’s shortcuts on checkout and cart pages?

    Hi,

    Are you using any third-party shipping plugins? If so, which ones?
    How did you set up Free Shipping in your store?

    Also, have you tried enabling and configuring a Custom Threshold in the General settings of our plugin?

    Hi Marin!

    Yes, I am using my supplier’s plugin (Correos & Correos Express).

    Also, Custom Threshold won’t be useful for me since I ship to different countries.

The custom threshold feature in our plugin functions effectively per shipping zone or for individual shipping methods. However, for more granular control such as city-specific settings, customization through coding will be required.
