Plugin not working on one page only

I set up the plugin on several pages on my site and everything was working swimmingly.

A couple days later, the like button on the home page was gone and the code showing. The plugin continues to work on all other pages, however, I can’t get anything but the code to show on the home page.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
