Yessss, same here. I disabled the plugin, closed the WordPress 5.9 welcome, and activated again. But it is showing nothing.

I just installed in my new website WP 5.9 as well, and getting the same issue.

You might have dismissed the welcome box @lucasdzin. Please enable the Welcome box from Screen Options and see if it shows for you.
