Plugin not working on wordpress at all

The plugin in not working at all on WordPress. I installed the plugin after I upgraded my wordpress to 5.2. So not sure if there is compatibility issue with wordpress 5.2.
I go to media and click on Replace Media. I then select to upload the new image, and after it uploads, I see the same image only (on the image page in media). There is no change anywhere. The Media shows the same image, the webpage shows the same image.
I tried to see if the issue is with cache, but its not. I also tried to install older version 3.2, but nothing changed. I currently have 3.2.9.
