plugin not working on WP 3.9.1, 3.9.2

    The option “Visible only to registered users of the site” under Settings > Reading of network blogs appears to have no effect. Users that should have access to a blog with this option enabled receive a WP error message: “To become a member of this site, contact [admin e-mail].”

    Nevermind, can’t seem to reproduce this on fresh installs. Will revive this if the problem occurs again.
