I went for a fresh install. The map now seems to work fine but the list is still broken.
About the template modification, i think i only did small changes, like adding the analytics script and nothing else.

I found the problem.
The AS locator plugin goes in conflict with the iubenda plugin that adds the cookie banner. when i turn iubenda off everything works fine.
