Plugin not working since Optimization

I have installed an optimization plugin on my site and since then my animation doesn’t play anymore on my page, and the image are not stretched anymore.

and the animation at http://www.custombilletbuttons.com don’t work.

Maybe comparing both page source code could pinpoint to the problem?
