Plugin not working. What to do?

It looks like some of the plugin options are not set correctly, so some code is not coming out. The first thing to try would be to go to the plugin’s configuration page and re-save the configuration.

In any case, I have released an update with better defaults for cases like this. Please try upgrading and seeing if this is working better for you.
