I visited the page you shared and test all items in the TOC and everyone seemed to worked fine. Perhaps I misunderstand the issue. If so, could you please proved additional details?
Hi Steven,
Let me explain better. I want the table of contents to be displayed after the second paragraph. But I don’t have that option on the dashboard. So I used the ads plugin I have installed (wpadvancedads.com) to insert the shortcode [toc] in the right place (after the second paragraph). When I did that, the internal links stopped working. So I undid what I had done, and started to use the default option of “Top” positioning, which was what you saw when you accessed the site.
So in summary I would like to know how I can place the table of contents after 2 paragraphs.
Thanks

Question, why not just put the shortcode where you want the TOC? I suspect it’ll work just fine if you do vs. using another plugin to try to insert it for you.
Because I need to insert in all articles after second paragraph. And there are hundreds of articles. Using the ads plugin was a way that I found to do that.
Sorry, but the only way to place in the articles in that way is to place the shortcode manually or use one of the supplied auto insert options.
Ok Steven, no problem. I will use the default option. Very happy with your plugin, wish you success.
