I’ve tried various options but cannot get the the form to work with Mailchimp.

The form details go to the recipient however the sender is not added to the Mailchimp list.

I’ve been through the documentation, FAQ and support forum but despite a lot of tweaking and testing I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?

Hello andoverit,

I looked through the code of your page, and noticed the “checkbox” was added. However I also noticed data from another plugin “Contact form 7 Mailchimp extension by Renzo Johnso”.

Can you please share screenshots of the pages “MailChimp for WP”. and secondly can you make sure the double opt-in is disabled at “MailChimp for WP > Checkboxes”.
