Thanks for posting. I’ll take a look at what Flatsome is doing and try to create a workaround. I would guess I can figure something out so that it plays nice. I’ll keep you posted but I would guess an update monday.

I had the same issue, I found a small solution that worked for me:
Open the editing panel, click on “Email Type and Text”, on PREVIEW ORDER select from the mock up orders list a previous order you had, the editing screen will appear

Thanks for the hint, Amine CH. But this doesn’t work for me. The editing screen is always visible. But there is no real-time-editing.
I have the same problem. They both call the customize.php, can that be the problem or is that normal?

I just pushed out an update which fixes this. The problem is that flatsome theme isn’t properly declaring it’s javascript dependencies. So I added a hack into the plugin to force it to stop creating an error in the customizer.

I just installed the update, but when I activate the plugin both the plugin and Flatsome don’t work anymore….

I can confirm. At first it worked, but after loading a prebuild template I get a lot of errors and the editor is not working any more
I just pushed out a new update which should resolve that.

Hmm odd, in a browser like chrome can you right click, click “inspect” and then in the new window click on the “console” tab and tell me what error is showing there?

After the last update I can use Flatsome again white the plugin is activated, but when I want to access the plugin (designer) I still get the http-error
I can’t recreate, also there hasn’t been an update since I posted 3 days ago so at that point I should have made sure It was 1.1.7.
The links don’t help because I am not logged into your site.
Have you tried deactivating other plugins?

@irvitrad can I make sure we are on the same version of Flatsome theme? Are you using the latest?
After having upgraded to the last version of Flatsome it works, thanks a lot! Sometimes, after chaning the e-mail type, it doesn’t change the layout showing at the right, but now it sees to work oké. Also when I clicked in tthe field Subject text it emptied the field, so I had to type it over new, but this works fine now also. Don’t know how this can happen, but, as said, it works fine now.
